The main part is simple and efficient:

Reversible Clim, very noticeable in summer, warms quickly in winter.
Light floor, clean walls, correct brightness even at the end of the day.

Small dining area with standing eater + stools, practical daily.
Practical point (and not so common):
The washing machine is installed in the entrance, so no noise in the sdb and no congestion.
