Apartments for sale in Lanzarote

Lanzarote is one of the most popular spots in the Canary Islands, being well known for year-round sun and the stunning nature found in its volcanic countryside. It’s also a popular spot for sports lovers, providing ample opportunity for water sports, cycling, golf and more.

The southern part of the island is warmer than the north, in part due to the north being windier than the south. The capital Arrecife is often felt to be the hottest part of Lanzarote with Playa Blanca being sunny and hot competition.

Generally it's warmer on the coast than inland with the northern part of Lanzarote windier than the south. The warmest weather in Lanzarote is in Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. The weather and cloud cover generally comes across the island from the west making the La Santa side cooler.

Lanzarote can be treated as per mainland Spain and buying property there follows a similar process.
