Villa in Somano, Cuneo

Holiday Farm with Panoramic Views in the High Langhe In a commanding position with views across the hills and the crescent of the Alps, a recently restored holiday farm (agritourism). The property has been refurbished in 2013 maintaining its traditional rustic style typical of High Langhe country houses. The property is located in the municipality of Somano, just 5 kms from the localities of both Dogliani and Bossolasco (the latter one of the most distinctive villages of the High Langhe hill country). On the ground floor the house features the dining hall of the restaurant, a professional kitchen, a pantry, a hall and two restrooms. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 guest rooms, each with its bathroom, a laundry room, and the owners’ accommodation consisting of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The property includes a garden, a guest parking area and a fabulous panoramic terrace. One of the distinctive features of the property is the 7000 square meter plot of agricultural land, most of it wooded, adding a touch of nature together with the possibility to be used for growing crops. A perfect property for anyone intent on operating a hospitality business with a restaurant in the Langhe given the presence of its dedicated restaurant premises. There exists the possibility to buy an additional property in need of restoration and with a garden set in the same hamlet. Doing so would allow to expand the existing business.
