Luxury villa with swimming pool in a quiet area of the province of Pisa, just 15 minutes from the airport. The villa dates back to the end of 1700, built by a noble family, after some sales it was purchased by the current owners who commissioned a famous architect to restore it. He did an excellent job signing the renovation works with his beloved details with a unique and characteristic look, maintaining the ancient peculiarities such as the original ceilings, floors, stone stairs and some windows.
In the early 1990s the house was renovated and completely fenced.
The other farmhouses are close to this one but they are both owned by locals and well maintained and each property maintains its privacy, they are all very well independent.
