The apartment is located on Rue Paul Bert. We are in a super practical area: tram, bus, shops, everything is within reach, and yet it's quiet.
It is a 46 m2 very nice, completely redone. There is a real spacious living room with open kitchen, very well thought out (rangement, appliances, worktop). In the bedroom, a large built-in wall cupboard + comfortable double bed. The dressing room is huge.
The bathroom is nickel: glazed shower, long sink furniture, washing machine. The previous tenant took both TVs (living room and bedroom), but I intend to replace them with new Samsungs – they will be there for the arrival of the next tenant or tenant.
