Details:
1st floor - Stairs from the courtyard lead up to a nice terrace and the double doors of the entrance, with their original internal glazed shutters. The doors open onto a hallway with lovely parquet flooring that you will find throughout the property. The first door to the right opens onto a spacious lounge/diner with glazed double folding doors that can separate the dining room from the sitting room. The dining room has a working Moleano stone fireplace with 2 arched niches to both sides. Both these rooms have triple glazed PVC tilt and turn doors that give access to a long balcony overlooking the cobbled lane to the front of the property. The sitting room has a wall TV and an arched inset glazed cupboard.
