Some houses were built to be homes, while others had a completely different life long before that. This is one of them.

This historic mill in Canillas de Albaida, one of the few still remaining in this part of the Axarquía, has survived to the present day transformed into a truly unique property. It was restored while preserving much of its original character and today offers 462 m² of built area, surrounded by almost 16,000 m² of land, abundant vegetation and the river, which runs alongside the property and has become an essential part of its atmosphere.

The main building has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, together with a variety of additional rooms and spaces that retain the distinctive layout of a building that was never originally designed as a conventional home.
