Villa in Monovar, Alicante province

We are very proud to offer for sale, this lovely large traditional 2 storey home in the area of Don Ciro, Monovar (between Monovar and Pinoso).
Built around 20 years ago, to a very high standard, this large family home is looking for it's new owner, and is in a very desirable zone, in a peaceful area, with over 18,000m2 of land.  The entrance gates lead you to a lovely private driveway with a roundabout feature, where you are greeted to the imposing property.  With access to the main door and a further door through the kitchen, you can also access the walled in pool area from the main living room.
As you enter the main door, you are greeted with a corridor, with a double bedroom to one side, and the large family bathroom to the other.  You are then greeted with the staircase to the upper floor, with the remaining 3 bedrooms (one being en-suite) and a further family bathroom.  Two bedrooms also have access to the large terrace, overlooking the pool and with amazing mountain views.
Back downstairs, you have a good sized galley kitchen with access to the outside, and a large L shaped living room, with space for a dining table as well as large doors to the covered terrace and pool area (the pool also has printed concrete around the pool, making this a lovely area to relax and spend the day).  The terrace is sufficiently large for entertaining and dining al fresco.
