Testimonials:
"I have just bought a property in Nerja through Gema at Unisol. I was so impressed with the service she gave me. She picked me up in her car and took me round to all the properties I was interested in. Her knowledge on the individual properties and the area was extremely helpful. It gave me confidence to have Gema guiding me through the whole scary process of buying my first property in Spain. I can’t recommend her and her company enough as I don’t remember ever experiencing service like this. Thank you so much! It is also very reassuring to know that there are some really good people out there that genuinely want to help you and go beyond what is expected.
Regards.

"My husband Steve and I have known Gema at Unisol for 18 years . Over this period she sold our first property in Spain to us and recently sold our current property for us. She has always been very professional and in both cases, helped both the seller and purchaser conscientiously through the sales procedure, explaining and sorting out any problems that have arisen.
She always goes the extra mile in preparing the house for a viewer in the absence of the owner, making sure that the house is clean, tidy with blinds opened ready for the viewing, which can make all the difference both for the buyer and seller. We have tried other agents and we have never had such professional and personal service. She is the only agent in our experience who acts as if she really wants to sell your property.
We have no hesitation in recommending Gema . Over the years we have come to trust her and now regard her as not just an estate agent but a friend. She also introduced us to our lawyer Jaime Abogados when we bought our first house and we have used Antonio Jaime's services for 18 years as well. We wouldn't consider using anyone else but Antonio and Gema."
Thank you Gema.

"In early 2018, we searched, on the internet for a suitable second home in southern Spain. Our requirements where always very clear. It had to be a modern, furnished Apartment in a Pueblo in the Malaga Region.
Our searches brought us to Unisol Imobiliaria. On their books was an Apartment in Torrox Pueblo which appeared perfect.
Our contact with Rosa Gema was incredibly friendly. She was very obliging and we were offered all the assistance we would ever need.
With this Apartment as our favorite for prospective purchase we returned to Spain.
Every convenience was provided by Gema. Viewing on many occasions was no problem, questions in regard to expenses for the property and any other questions were answered professionally and without hesitation. When we decided to purchase Gema recommended. What turned out to be an extremely competent Lawyer.
The purchase went through without a hitch in a matter of weeks. Gema had organised the purchase and fitting of a Washing Machine and the commissioning of all the equipment in the Apartment.
I cannot recommend Gema and her daughter, Marta of Unisol Imobiliaria too highly. They made, what for us was a potentially very stressful process, into a pleasure.
We would advise and recommend their services to anyone without hesitation.

"Dear Gema,
We bought an apartment in El Penoncillo through your office in 2013. Fantastic apartment with a fantastic view.
We are very happy with the purchase. We have partially renovated the apartment.
We wish to thank you for the perfect service.
As a foreigner it was not easy with the Spanish customs laws.
You have assisted us from the first day to the purchase with the necessary "professionalism".
Our enormous appreciation for what you have done for us.
Your office is a "recommended".
You are always welcome."
