Casabella is a collaboration between long-standing and reputable companies in Calabria.

David Thorpe and Tony Hackett founded Calabria Property Consultants in 2003 in Scalea. For over 16 years, Casabella has been offering a wide range of properties. These include renovation projects, resales and new builds. They can be holiday homes, permanent homes or used as investment properties.

Tony now carries the Casabella flag.
Calabria Property Services

Calabria Property Services is based in Torremezzo di Falconara Albanese. Yvonne Menonte started the company in 2006. She assists foreign buyers in purchasing the Italian property of their dreams in this spectacular region of Calabria.

Calabria Property Services provides a comprehensive service throughout the buying process and beyond.

Casabella is also based in Scalea. Ivan and his brother Federico de Luca have taken over from their recently retired father at the helm of this family business. Casabella offers rental and property management services to complement the sale of real estate.

Our aim, as a group, is to promote Calabria and all it has to offer to a wider public. For this reason, we offer a large selection of properties covering all tastes and budgets. For those purchasing the Italian property of their dreams in this unspoilt area, we ensure that the buying process is smooth and hassle-free. This means that we provide assistance to our customers from start to finish.

After the sale

Unlike some real estate agencies, we do not forget about you once you have purchased a property. We have a wide range of after-sales services for those who have found their dream home under the Italian sun.

With an increasing number of Scandinavians discovering Calabria, we have also appeared on Bolig i Utlandet from Norway.

Calabria Property Services regularly contributes articles to A Place in the Sun, The Good Property Guide and Italia magazines.

Our latest initiative was our participation in the A Place in the Sun fair in Birmingham. We exhibited many of our properties and enjoyed discussions with people who wanted to realise their dream of owning a home in Italy.
