Villa em Funchal, Ilha da Madeira

There are houses with views. And then there are positions like this.
Villa Santa Quitéria sits on a cliff above Funchal. No neighbours in front. No future construction. Nothing to interrupt the view.
Just ocean and mountains — permanently.
Set on 2,440 m² of private land, the house is built to face one direction: the horizon.
The living space is open and direct.Glass, light, and clean lines.Everything connects to the exterior — the pool, the lounge, the edge of the view.
Below, three en-suite bedrooms open to a private garden.Quiet. Protected. Separate from the social areas.
The master suite is larger, with more space, more privacy, and the same uninterrupted outlook.
This is not about finishes. It’s about where the house sits — and what can’t be taken away.
A rare position, minutes from Funchal.
