городской дом в Competa, Провинция Малага

Ideal proposition to transform this charming and majestic townhouse into a hotel or B&B; Built around an open courtyard with potential for 10 rooms or suites; Ideal location and quiet as just off the main square of Competa; Fabulous attic room (perfect for transforming to other accommodation) and roof terrace with views to the hills. The property has a new roof and is partly in good condition. The previously lived-in quarters still retain many of the traditional features like the beautiful old floor tiles, here new kitchens and bathrooms would be needed. There are two entrances, one leading the living quarters, and the other leading to what would have been old stables and utility areas beyond. Both are also interconnected from within. Must be seen to be appreciated and get a better understanding of the true potential.
